wind and water proof, the lining is 100% polyester
polar fleece for warmth. The rainproof cape is made of the 400+
denier nylon packcloth. The unlined cape is made of a poly/cotton
pants weight fabric. Check with us for colors available. 
These pants can be varied to fit your
child's needs.
